ORDERING:  Should you choose to make a purchase, add the item to your cart.  When you have finished selecting your items, proceed to the check out where you will be guided through the process of completing your purchase.

PAYMENT:  I accept PayPal (for online purchases) and checks.  To pay with PayPal, follow the prompts on the checkout screen. (If you do not have a PayPal account and want to set one up, go to PayPal.com to establish an account prior to making your purchase.)  To pay by check, leave me a message on the Guestbook page or e-mail me at blueflowerglass@comcast.net and I will get back to you with the information you will need to complete your purchase.   (Please be sure to tell me which item you want to purchase so I can set it aside for you.) 

SHIPPING:  All items will be shipped USPS within 2-3 days of receiving payment.  If you are paying by check,  your order will be shipped when the check has cleared.  Shipping/handling charges are as follows:

                                   U.S. orders:          Standard Mail     $3.00

                                U.S. orders:          Priority Mail        $5.00

                                International:      Priority Mail        $12.00                                   

RETURNS:  I want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return the item within 30 days in its original condition and a full refund, minus shipping costs, will be issued.  Be sure to package the item in proper packaging so no damage occurs during return shipment.
