Product Care

I use anti-tarnish or tarnish-resistant sterling whenever possible.  However, all sterling silver can tarnish over time.  Clean any silver components with a jewelry polishing cloth.  To slow the tarnish process, store sterling silver jewelry in an airtight bag away from direct light.

Lampwork bead items, such as wine stoppers and bottle openers, may be wiped with a clean, damp cloth.  Do NOT put these products in the dishwasher. 

Warranty

Should a handmade lampwork bead break (which is extremely rare), please contact me first before returning the item, and I will either repair the item or replace it with a comparable piece, depending on the item.  Please be aware that each handmade glass bead is unique and cannot be replicated exactly.
